Adult Beginner In-Line Skating    

Did you know the average in-line skater is over 40 years old? Did you know that you can burn as many calories skating as you can jogging, but with less wear and tear on your joints? Did you know that you can work out upper and lower body with skating? Adult Beginner In-Line Skating is for ages 18 and up. Sessions are four weeks in length; each class is one hour. Classes are early morning or evening. All protective gear is required: knee, elbow, wrist pads and helmet; must also have a heel brake on your skate. Beginning level students-group lessons only. All participants must sign a liability waiver. All participants must register one week prior to class. Classes are limited to 7 participants per class.
